Here’s my step-by-step tutorial on how to create custom ringtones for any iPhone/iPhone 3G. I simplified this as much as possible, however as it is my first tutorial then please feel free to comment or ask questions. There are other tutorials that explain how to create the ringtones, but none that I’ve found so far that are as simple to understand and follow.
